One separately rented or managed space is one billable unit. A standalone house is one; each separately leased mall suite is one. Shared/common areas are not billable. No company minimum. Prices are before tax.

Core is the only plan available now. C$6 and C$9 plans are planned; their features are still being built and they cannot be purchased yet. Existing subscriptions and active coupon terms remain tied to the rates and terms already accepted.
Renewals, coupons and future price changes
Core renews monthly. A coupon already applied to your company keeps its original offer and duration. CVAM gives at least 60 days’ written notice of a proposed price change and keeps your saved price for at least 12 months after notice. A changed price is shown before renewal and requires the company owner’s express acceptance; otherwise the subscription ends after the period already paid for.
An earned tester year stays banked until you choose to activate it. It covers 12 calendar months of all CVAM features, including future features, with no automatic paid conversion. Eligibility is reviewed separately; creating an account alone does not award this benefit.

Owners can create an account, verify their email and set up a company. Choose the monthly Core plan in company billing. Company tools unlock after confirmed payment or approved promotional or complimentary coverage. Creating an account alone does not unlock the program. Invited residents, staff and contractors use their team’s invitation and authorized access.
Do residents or contractors have to pay?
No separate paid seat is required for authorized residents, staff or contractors under the company offer. The owner or company pays for its managed units.
Can I use CVAM on my phone?
Yes. Open CVAM in your phone’s browser. The same account follows your authorized workspaces. A shortcut can also be added to your home screen using your browser’s install or Add to Home Screen option. See the step-by-step install guide.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use password recovery or the passkey help on the sign-in page. For a missing or expired invitation, contact the team that invited you. Never send anyone your password or verification codes.
What about an urgent problem?
Follow your property’s emergency instructions and contact its emergency number directly. CVAM is not an emergency response service. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services; do not wait for an online request to be reviewed.
Does CVAM replace my accountant or property manager?
No. It supports maintenance coordination and records. Your authorized team retains operational and financial decisions. Accounting, rent collection and professional advice remain outside the current offer.
