CVAM / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

From tenant request to reviewed completion.

Property maintenance software for landlords and property managers who need requests, work orders and updates in one place. CVAM connects residents, your authorized property team and contractors around the same work.

How a maintenance request moves forward

  1. A resident reports the issue

Residents use their authorized home workspace to describe an issue and attach photos from their phone. A saved request gives the property team a record to review.

  2. Your team reviews and assigns work

The authorized team reviews the request and decides what should happen next. Quote review, spending approval and assigning work are separate decisions; submitting a request does not automatically approve a repair.

  3. The contractor records progress

Assigned contractors can accept or decline work and provide updates through their workspace. Completion reports and supporting photos give the property team information to review.

  4. Your team reviews completion

A contractor reporting completion does not automatically verify or close the work. The authorized reviewer checks the outcome and retains the work history for follow-up.

Example: a leaking kitchen tap

This is an illustrative workflow, not a customer testimonial. A resident reports the leak and adds a photo. The property team reviews it, arranges the appropriate approval and assigns a contractor. The contractor records the repair and submits completion details. The property team reviews that evidence before closing the work.

The request, assignment and completion history help the team understand what happened without relying on a separate chain of messages.

For one property or a growing portfolio

Landlords and property managers coordinate work across their authorized company and properties. Residents use their home and request views. Contractors see the work available to their authorized workspace. Signing in does not grant access to another company or home.

CVAM runs in a browser on phones and computers. Residents can add CVAM to their home screen and use their usual account. An internet connection is required.

What to expect before you start

CVAM coordinates maintenance; your team remains responsible for repairs, spending decisions and emergency response. It is not a replacement for emergency services, a full accounting system or rent collection.

Core pricing is C$3 per billable unit per month before applicable tax, with no company minimum. Account creation alone does not unlock company tools. An active approved free testing period does not require payment details; paid access is a separate choice. Review current pricing and access terms.
