C$3 / billable unit / month
One separately rented or managed home or unit counts as one billable unit. Each separately leased mall suite counts once; shared and common areas are not billable. There is no company minimum. Prices are before applicable tax.
- Core is the only plan available to new subscriptions today.
- No separate paid seats for invited residents, staff or contractors.
- No per-maintenance-request charge.
The C$6 and C$9 plans are planned. Their features are still being built, and they are not available to purchase.
Renewals, coupons and future price changes
Core renews monthly. Existing subscriptions keep their saved price and terms. A coupon already applied to your company keeps its original offer and duration.
CVAM gives at least 60 days’ written notice of a proposed price change and keeps your saved price for at least 12 months after notice. A changed price is shown before renewal and requires the company owner’s express acceptance. If the owner does not accept it, the subscription ends after the period already paid for.
